It has been scientifically proven that meditation practice improves the emotional and physical well-being.
Through meditation, a person reduces the stress factor in the hustle and bustle of daily life. It takes the good practice of deliberately focusing the attention on the current moment, providing no space but for peacefulness, and disposing of self-judgment. Meditation has been proven scientifically to be a key element in happiness- the path to wholeness.
“Four W” is committed to consolidate the world through mindfulness and meditation. We believe that everyone is capable of reaching to the self and others creating harmony in the world.
Therefore, meditation sessions are going to be offered twice per week in our premises to those interested.
