BcWebCam is a simple application that uses a camera to scan barcodes.

If you have a camera connected to a PC or laptop, you can turn the PC into a bar code scanner. This is especially useful if you have many items in the directory. One thing to remember is that you have a pretty decent camera that can focus on items close to the scan.
